Another Federal district court has ruled that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act protects the worship of the American branches of Brazilian churches that make sacramental use of a "tea" that contains DMT, a Schedule I controlled substance.

Under previous management, the Justice Department insisted on fighting these cases all the way, even after losing in the Supreme Court 8-0. Now Eric Holder has a tricky hand to play. He has already annoyed the DEA by saying that federal raids on California cannabis dispensaries have to end. Will he want to do that twice within his first two months in office?
